To ensure a fair process, a one-time $30 annual administrative fee applies to the first entry submitted per competition year. This fee covers essential administrative support, including data handling, record management, and winner documentation services.
Entry fees are tiered by deadline, allowing participants to submit their best work early at the most affordable rates. Multiple entries are encouraged, with no additional administrative fees beyond the first submission.
