There are no limitations on the number of entries you can submit.
Can I enter the same entry into multiple categories?
Yes, the same work may be submitted to multiple categories, if applicable. Additional entry fees will apply.
What are the available categories?
The TITAN American Business Awards offers a comprehensive range of categories that recognize excellence across U.S. companies, leadership, professional achievement, innovation, and business operations. Categories include: Company & Organization, Executive & Entrepreneurial Achievement, Professional Achievement, Customer Service, Human Resources, Technology & IT, Marketing, Product & Service, PR & Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Event, Website, and Video.
Can I submit an entry that has won an award or has been entered in a previous competition?
Yes, both individuals and companies who have submitted or won in previous years are welcome to participate again. In fact, many return each year to showcase new work and continue building on their achievements.
Do I need to send physical support materials for the competition? If so, will it be returned to me and do I need to send a return-handling fee?
No physical materials are required for the competition. Digital entries—such as images, descriptions, and supporting materials are sufficient for submission and judging purposes.
How will I know if my submission is complete, and what should I do if it isn’t?
Your submission is considered complete once all required fields are filled, supporting materials are uploaded, and payment has been successfully processed. You will be able to track the status of your submission through your account dashboard.
If a submission remains incomplete at the time of the competition’s closing (e.g., missing payment or insufficient details), it will be considered ineligible. While we make every effort to notify entrants of incomplete entries, it is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure completion. Please note that refunds cannot be provided for incomplete submissions.
Can I make changes to my entry after I have paid?
Yes, you can make changes to your entry at any time before the judging period begins. Once judging starts, any changes or further edits will not be considered, unless notified in advance.

Please upload images in flattened JPEG or JPG format, with a maximum file size of 4MB. Recommended dimensions are 1,200px wide at 300dpi, in RGB color mode.
Audio/Video File
If your link is password-protected, please include the necessary login credentials. Entries will be judged solely based on the provided content, so ensure the link leads directly to the submitted work. If explanation is required, we recommend uploading a supporting PDF brief.
Social Media Content
Social media entries must be submitted as a single HTML page containing only the relevant creative work. For entries with multiple components, please include a direct link to one page where all materials can be accessed. If password-protected, kindly provide the necessary login credentials for judging.
Marketing Campaigns
Campaign entries must also be submitted via a single HTML page containing all creative elements. Alternatively, you may provide direct links to each campaign component. Additional background details, statistics, and documentation may be included—provided they fit within one HTML page.
If access restrictions apply, please include the necessary username and password for judging purposes.
Interactive Multimedia
Please provide a direct URL to your interactive entry. If login credentials are required, include them clearly to ensure uninterrupted access for the jury during the evaluation period.

What if I have trouble uploading my images?
Firstly, check if the image does not exceed the maximum size (4MB) or width (1,200 px), and the file name only contains letters or numbers. Once checked, try to upload your images again. If you’re still having trouble after this, contact our team at info@titanamericanbusinessawards.com.
Entry Fees
Regular entry fees start at $355 for all categories. If an entry is submitted under multiple categories, a separate fee will be charged for each additional category. A one-time $30 annual administrative fee also applies for each new entrant per competition year.
Please note that all submission fees are non-refundable. This includes entries withdrawn by the entrant or disqualified due to non-compliance with the entry guidelines.

The Grand Jury Panel of the TITAN American Business Awards is composed of accomplished business professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and subject-matter experts. Representing diverse sectors, ranging from corporate leadership and finance to marketing, HR, technology, and customer operations, our jurors bring real-world experience and insight to the evaluation process.
All judges are selected based on merit, qualifications, and relevant industry experience. We do not work with agents, consultants, or third parties in the selection process, and no individual or organization can guarantee a judging appointment.
While judges are allowed to submit their own entries, they are strictly prohibited from scoring any category in which they or their affiliated organization are participating. This ensures the integrity and fairness of the judging process.
Judging criteria
All entries are reviewed by an international panel of professionals through a transparent scoring system. Criteria are tailored to each category type and judged on a scale of 1–100.

How do we choose TITAN American Business Awards winners?
The TITAN American Business Awards honors excellence through a tiered recognition system that reflects the innovation, quality, and impact of each submission.
Each submission is judged on its own merit and not compared directly to others in the same category. Individual entrants are not compared against groups or organizations. Judges assess entries independently, and final scores are determined by averaging all panel ratings.

Entries that receive an average score below 50 points will not be awarded. To maintain high standards, a category may have multiple winners or no winners at all.
How do we select Most Awarded Companies Led by Americans?
The Most Awarded Companies recognition is awarded to the companies that present an exceptional body of work into the competition, in their names or the names of their respective clients.
Recognizing the top winners based on the weighted combined total of Platinum, Gold and Silver honors, companies will automatically receive 50 points for a Platinum win, 25 points for a Gold win, and 10 points for a Silver win. Companies with the same aggregate score share the honor. As such, only entrants with numerous entries submitted are qualified to be awarded with the Most Awarded Companies title. How do I know if I’ve won an award?
All winners for the 2026 competition will be announced on June 26, 2026 via the TITAN American Business Awards official page. All participants may then visit the official website to view the complete results.
We will duly notify all award winners by email. Do ensure that your email address is correct, as our notifications may get caught in spam filters or receive a non-deliverable return.

To ensure accessibility, we maintain affordable entry fees that allow entrepreneurs, young professionals, and individuals from economically diverse regions to participate. Unlike many programs, there are no acceptance fees—once you’ve won, you’ve won.
Statuettes are optional and made available for purchase directly from our manufacturer. This approach allows us to keep submission fees low for all entrants.
Some winners choose not to order a physical trophy, preferring the recognition and exposure alone. Others may choose to purchase additional trophies for team members, departments, or clients. The decision is entirely up to the winner.
Statuette Shipping Time
All winner statuettes are custom-made and shipped directly from our manufacturer. Please allow 6–12 weeks for production and delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on seasonality and location. Statuettes can be ordered through our online store once winners have been officially announced.
Important: Some countries may impose customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments. These charges are beyond our control, and we recommend checking with your local customs department.
To ensure proper documentation in case of damage or delivery issues, we strongly advise recording a video while unboxing your package—including any enclosed certificate documents. This video will be required for any replacement or damage claims. Without it, we may be unable to process your request.

Entry terms and conditions
The TITAN American Business Awards assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the submission or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits a site, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The TITAN American Business Awards are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
Copyright and all other rights remain that of the entrant. All entrants understand and agree that any work submitted to the competition may be used by the TITAN American Business Awards and its media partners for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition only, including in any media such as exhibitions, print and digital media directly related to the TITAN American Business Awards competition.
Timely submission of an entry meeting the eligibility requirements and payment of the entry fee as stated herein ensures that an entrant's work will be reviewed and considered for recognition. No other representation or warranty is made by TITAN American Business Awards concerning entries and all implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.
If an entrant's submission receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of TITAN American Business Awards. Entrants understand that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner or form.
Refund Policy
Entries
Entry fees will not be refundable once submitted. Withdrawn entries (whether withdrawn by entrant or by the Awards for the entrant’s failure to comply with entry rules) will NOT be refunded as well.
Scam warning: Important information
There are many people and groups that attempt to obtain your money or personal information inappropriately through fraudulent means. Often, these people and groups misrepresent who they are in an effort to deceive you about the legitimacy of what they are claiming. Sometimes, although not always, they will claim that you have won a lottery or sweepstakes and ask that you send them money so that they can release your supposed winnings to you. In such a situation, you should be very careful and fully investigate any and all claims before you send any money. Please be aware that there are many scams that use SMS/e-mail in an attempt to defraud people using methods similar to these, and we warn strongly against your responding to this type of SMS/e-mail without rigorous investigation to establish whether it is of a genuine nature.
